Introduction to our blog

    Hello everyone, and welcome to Kaplans Fine Jewelry's official blog.  The intent of this blog is simply to share information and keep you informed about things that are important to your jewelry.  We here at Kaplans believe first and foremost in keeping our customers happy and satisfied.

    We have been located in West Chester for over twenty seven years.  The business was originally started by Ethel Kaplan, and then passed down to Ivan and Lisa Kaplan years ago.  We have been in three different locations, one on Gay Street, one right around the corner from our current location on Church Street, and our current location on West Market Street.  Our number one principle at Kaplans is to provide the best service possible to our customers, and to ensure you leave our store with a smile on your face.  It's how we've stayed in business so long. 
   
    Here at Kaplans, we love to have our customers input.  One of this blogs secondary intentions is to share as a communication bridge between our staff and our customers.  Each topic posted in this blog will come directly from our staff and owners, based on the things they feel you need to know.  That also goes both ways, however.  We want to hear from you!  Any suggestions, comments, praise or criticism.  We can't do a better job if we don't know what we're doing well and what we're doing wrong.  Any time you have anything you'd like us to know, E-Mail us at: blogresponse@kaplansfinejewelry.com.
